Shipping & payment
From the factory floor to your unloading bay
Workshop equipment is heavy, and most of the cost surprises in this trade come from freight and unloading rather than from the machine. Here is how the shipment is built.
Packing
Machines ship in export packing suitable for sea freight: the unit is fixed inside the case, with moisture protection and the accessory set packed separately and listed on the packing list. Packing dimensions and gross weight are confirmed with the quotation so your forwarder can price the load before you commit.
Container loading
Spray booths are shipped as knocked-down panels and ducting; a 7.0 m booth typically loads into a 40 ft high-cube with the panel set and the burner. Lifts load several units to a 20 ft container depending on model — the quotation states how many fit, because the freight per machine changes with the loading plan.
Freight options
We quote either to your named port or as a door-to-door option through a forwarder. The trade term is confirmed at quotation as FOB or EXW; it depends on the port and on who arranges the inland leg. We do not present an ex-works price as a delivered price.
Payment
30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% before shipment. The proforma invoice fixes model, specification, voltage, price, packing and the confirmed shipping date. Balance payment releases the original documents.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin are issued for every shipment. Certification documents, where they apply to the model, travel with the document set.
Unloading and site preparation
The buyer arranges unloading at destination. Tell us the access width and the floor condition at quotation stage: an 1850 mm two-post lift needs a sound concrete slab and a clear height above the carriage, and a booth needs the duct run planned before the panels arrive.
