Single post lifts

A single-column lift for the jobs that do not justify a fixed bay: one wheel station, one corner, one mobile post.

MOQ 1 unit · USD, ex works. Freight and destination duties quoted separately.

01 / Overview

Single post lifts

The single-post format exists for flexibility. One column, one power unit, and a footprint small enough to move between positions. It suits tyre and brake work where the vehicle only needs to come up at one corner, and sites that cannot dedicate a permanent bay.

This model is rated 3 tonnes with 1850 mm of height. The single column carries the load centrally, so the base plate and the floor under it take the moment — the slab condition matters more here than on a two-post.

It is not a substitute for a two-post on general repair: the arms reach less far and the vehicle is not fully presented. Judge it by the job mix, not by the price.

Delivery and terms

A level floor and a sound base are essential; the column is free-standing and stabilised by its base. Confirm the floor condition and the anchor specification before use.

02 / Questions buyers ask

Questions buyers ask

What is a single post lift for?

Tyre, brake and corner work, and sites that need lifting capacity without a dedicated bay. It is not a general-repair substitute for a two-post.

Is it stable?

The column is free-standing on a wide base plate; stability depends on the floor and the anchors. That is why the slab condition is specified before delivery.

Can it be moved?

Yes — that is the point of the format. It is moved on a level workshop floor, not over thresholds or ramps.

What capacity do I need?

3 tonnes covers most cars and light vans at one corner, but confirm the axle load rather than the whole vehicle weight.
