Two post lifts
The two-post lift is the default in a general repair shop because it leaves the underside open. The arms swing under the vehicle, the pads pick up the jacking points, and the technician works standing up. That access is why the format survives alongside scissor and four-post designs: nothing sits between the operator and the transmission tunnel.
On this range the rated capacity is 4 tonnes, the lifting height 1850 mm — 1820 mm on one heavy-duty variant — and the minimum height 110 mm. That 110 mm figure matters more than it looks: it is what lets a low car roll over the arms without ramps. The drive is a 2.2 kW hydraulic power unit on 220 V or 380 V, with single-cylinder and double-cylinder variants in the range.
Column height follows the lifting height, so check the ceiling before choosing: an 1850 mm lift needs clear height above the carriage, not just above the roof of the car. Unlocking is manual on the standard build, with a double-sided release on the gantry variant so both columns release from one working position.
Delivery and terms
The lift bolts to a concrete slab of adequate thickness and compressive strength — this is the single most common installation failure in the trade, and it is not covered by warranty. Confirm slab depth, reinforcement and the anchor specification before pouring or drilling.

The columns are made here
Carriage beams, columns and the yellow arm carriages are cut, welded and painted in our own plant before assembly. When you ask for a different lifting height or a wider drive-through, the change is made on our line, not requested from a third party.
Questions buyers ask
Will it lift my SUV?
The rating is 4 tonnes, which covers most SUVs and light commercial vehicles. Check the vehicle gross weight and the jacking-point spacing against the arm reach at quotation stage.
Single or double cylinder?
Both are in the range. A double-cylinder build drives both carriages directly; a single-cylinder build uses a cable or chain balance to the second column. The double is the more common choice for daily commercial use.
What slab do I need?
A reinforced concrete slab of adequate depth for the anchors and the load — your structural engineer should confirm it against local code. We supply the anchor specification with the machine.
What clear height is required?
Enough for the carriage at full rise plus the vehicle roof, with working clearance. As a rule, plan for the lifting height plus the tallest vehicle you expect, plus margin.
