CE verification — paint baking booths
Intercert Global No. DPWD/1457/21/LK/25; five types listed.
Certification
Certification is where equipment catalogues usually become vague. This page states the exact scope of the documentation we hold, the model it applies to, and the claims we deliberately do not make.
We hold CE documentation for car lifts under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, with testing to EN 1493:2022. The certificate lists seventeen model strings: LZS-SHZ1, LZS-SHZ2, LZS-SHZ3, LZS-LM1, LZS-LM2, LZS-LM3, LZS-DZ1, JS-DX1, JS-CX1, LZS-SZ1, JS-CD1, JS-DD1, JS-ZW1, LZS-MT, TF-H40, TF-B40 and TF-F40.
Paint baking booths are covered by a separate document. The manufacturer, Jinan Xinyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., declares conformity under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and that declaration is supported by third-party verification issued by Intercert Global Sp. z o.o., No. DPWD/1457/21/LK/25, technical file CE-JX25102001-KA-MD, tested to EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018, issued 21 October 2025 and valid to 20 October 2030. The certificate lists five types: XY-A30, XY-G301, XY-B60, XY-DZ33 and XY-B30.
Two groups. Car lifts: the four-post LZS 4.0-SZ1, whose model resolves to LZS-SZ1 in the lift certificate. Paint baking booths: the booth models on this site, under the declaration above. No other product page makes a CE claim, and pages outside these groups say so explicitly.
The lift certificate covers car lifts only. The booth declaration covers paint baking booths manufactured by Jinan Xinyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and exported by Shandong Huahao International Trade Co., Ltd. Neither document is a Notified Body type-examination certificate; both are voluntary third-party verifications of the manufacturer's conformity documentation, and the manufacturer remains responsible for compliance. Copies are sent with the quotation on request.
We hold no UL or ETL listing for the North American market, and no product page on this site claims one. If a US or Canadian project requires a listed assembly, tell us at quotation stage and we will say plainly whether we can meet it rather than let the question surface at inspection.
A buyer who discovers an unsupported certification claim after the container arrives has a customs problem and a safety-file problem at the same time. Publishing the exact scope is cheaper for both sides than defending a claim we cannot document.
Scans are reduced for the web. Full-resolution copies and test reports are sent with the quotation on request.
