7-Drawer Universal Tool Trolley for Wash and Paint Stations

A tool set is a workflow decision. Seven drawers with a defined layout means the technician reaches for a position rather than searching a box, and the bay can be reset at the end of a shift.

These sets are high-carbon steel with layered drawers; the trolley variant is built for wash and paint stations where the tools have to travel with the job. Capacity is a drawer-layout question rather than a weight rating.

They are small enough to ship with a machine order and cheap enough to include in a start-up package for a new bay.

One unit is the minimum order. The published band runs from USD 330 to USD 520 per unit depending on quantity; prices are USD, ex works, and exclude freight and destination duties. Payment is 30% by T/T to start production and 70% before shipment, and standard configurations typically leave the factory within seven working days of the deposit. The machine ships in export packing suitable for sea freight; packing dimensions and gross weight come with the quotation so your forwarder can price the container. Warranty is 12 months against manufacturing defects.

Before you order

Before the order is confirmed, four site conditions decide whether the machine fits: the supply voltage and phase at the wall, the floor or slab that carries the load, the access width and turning space for the truck and the unloading equipment, and the clear height above the machine at full rise. Send those four with the enquiry and the quotation comes back with the right build the first time. If one of them is unknown, say so — we would rather ask twice than ship a machine that has to be modified on site.
