This model is outside the scope of the car-lift certificate we hold, so no CE claim is made. Ask the sales desk for the current documentation position before ordering for a CE-required market.
Overview
An in-ground lift puts the mechanism below the slab, so the workshop floor stays clear. That matters in a bay that doubles as a wash area, a detailing bay or a drive-through, where a surface lift would block the route.
The rated capacity is 3.5 t, which is the working load the machine is designed for rather than a breaking load. Lifting height is 3500 mm, so the carriage stops at a working height you can stand under on most cars and light vans.
This model is rated 3.5 tonnes with a 3500 mm lift, which puts the vehicle at full standing height. The recess, the drainage and the foundation are the project; the machine is the easy part.
Because the mechanism sits in a recess, water ingress is the long-term risk. If the bay is washed, plan the pit drainage and the cover plates at the same time as the excavation, not afterwards.

Delivery and terms
One unit is the minimum order. The published band runs from USD 964 to USD 1,030 per unit depending on quantity; prices are USD, ex works, and exclude freight and destination duties. Payment is 30% by T/T to start production and 70% before shipment, and standard configurations typically leave the factory within seven working days of the deposit. The machine ships in export packing suitable for sea freight; packing dimensions and gross weight come with the quotation so your forwarder can price the container. Warranty is 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Excavation, reinforced recess, drainage and a power route are needed before delivery. Send the floor drawing and we will confirm the recess dimensions against the model.
Before you order
Before the order is confirmed, four site conditions decide whether the machine fits: the supply voltage and phase at the wall, the floor or slab that carries the load, the access width and turning space for the truck and the unloading equipment, and the clear height above the machine at full rise. Send those four with the enquiry and the quotation comes back with the right build the first time. If one of them is unknown, say so — we would rather ask twice than ship a machine that has to be modified on site.
Questions buyers ask
Do I need to break the floor?
Yes. An in-ground lift requires a recess cast to the drawing, with drainage. That is civil work, not installation work.
What happens if water gets in?
The recess needs drainage and sealed covers. Plan it with the excavation; retrofitting drainage under a finished floor is expensive.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Not recommended without a covered, drained structure — the mechanism is designed for a dry recess.
What is the lifting height?
3500 mm on this model, enough for full standing work underneath.
