Overview
A four-post lift trades underbody access for speed and stability. The vehicle drives on and stays on its wheels, which makes it the natural platform for wheel alignment, tyre work and long jobs where the car sits at height for hours. The trade-off is the runway between the operator and the floor pan.
The rated capacity is 4 t, which is the working load the machine is designed for rather than a breaking load. Lifting height is 450 mm, so the carriage stops at a working height you can stand under on most cars and light vans. At rest the machine sits 200 mm above the floor, the figure that decides whether a lowered car clears it without ramps. Drive is a 2.2 kW unit on 220/380 V; confirm the site supply and phase before the order, because it fixes the motor and the control box.
This range runs to 4 tonnes with 1700 mm of rise and a 220 mm minimum height on the standard platform. The alignment variant uses a lower 450 mm rise with sliding jack platforms, because an alignment bay needs the vehicle at working height rather than overhead. Choose by the job, not by the headline capacity.
Platforms are drive-on, so the approach angle and the ramp length decide whether a low front bumper clears. If you run lowered cars, say so — it changes the ramp specification, and it is much cheaper to decide before the steel is cut than after.

Delivery and terms
One unit is the minimum order. The published band runs from USD 3,150 to USD 3,450 per unit depending on quantity; prices are USD, ex works, and exclude freight and destination duties. Payment is 30% by T/T to start production and 70% before shipment, and standard configurations typically leave the factory within seven working days of the deposit. The machine ships in export packing suitable for sea freight; packing dimensions and gross weight come with the quotation so your forwarder can price the container. Warranty is 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Four-post lifts need a flat, level floor across the full platform length and a clear approach at both ends. Alignment variants also need the alignment equipment position planned, because the target towers and the console need power and line of sight.
Before you order
Before the order is confirmed, four site conditions decide whether the machine fits: the supply voltage and phase at the wall, the floor or slab that carries the load, the access width and turning space for the truck and the unloading equipment, and the clear height above the machine at full rise. Send those four with the enquiry and the quotation comes back with the right build the first time. If one of them is unknown, say so — we would rather ask twice than ship a machine that has to be modified on site.
Questions buyers ask
Is the four-post lift suitable for alignment?
Yes — that is what the drive-on platform is for. The alignment variant adds sliding jack platforms so the wheels stay loaded while the targets are read.
Can I park a car under it?
The platform sits at 1700 mm at full rise on the standard model, which leaves usable space beneath for storage in many layouts. Confirm the height against your vehicles.
Does it need a pit?
No. The four-post lift is surface-mounted. The in-ground scissor is the flush-floor alternative if a pit or recess is acceptable on site.
What about long-wheelbase vans?
Tell us the wheelbase and the front overhang at quotation stage; platform length is the constraint, not capacity.
