3.5SL Full-Rise Scissor Lift 3500 kg with 110–1850 mm Travel

The scissor lift solves a floor problem. With a minimum height around 110 mm on the ultra-thin models, a lowered car drives straight on without ramps, and the lift disappears into the floor line when it is down. On mobile variants the whole platform moves, so one machine can serve two bays.

The rated capacity is 3500 kg, which is the working load the machine is designed for rather than a breaking load. Lifting height is 1850 mm, so the carriage stops at a working height you can stand under on most cars and light vans. At rest the machine sits 110 mm above the floor, the figure that decides whether a lowered car clears it without ramps. The machine runs on 220/380 V; the supply at your site should be confirmed at quotation stage.

Capacity runs from 700 kg on the small mobile unit to 3.5 tonnes on the full-rise platform. Lift height is the other variable: 1200 mm on the mobile models, 1850 mm on the full-rise bridge. Decide which you need by the work — wheels-free at chest height, or full standing access underneath.

A scissor platform lifts on a vertical path, so nothing swings under the vehicle and the jacking points are fixed by the platform pads. That is faster to load than a two-post, and it is why tyre shops and quick-service bays use them.

One unit is the minimum order. The published band runs from USD 1,580 to USD 1,780 per unit depending on quantity; prices are USD, ex works, and exclude freight and destination duties. Payment is 30% by T/T to start production and 70% before shipment, and standard configurations typically leave the factory within seven working days of the deposit. The machine ships in export packing suitable for sea freight; packing dimensions and gross weight come with the quotation so your forwarder can price the container. Warranty is 12 months against manufacturing defects.

Mobile units need only a level floor and a power point. Fixed and in-ground units need the recess or the foundation prepared to the drawing, and the drainage planned if the bay is washed.

Before you order

Before the order is confirmed, four site conditions decide whether the machine fits: the supply voltage and phase at the wall, the floor or slab that carries the load, the access width and turning space for the truck and the unloading equipment, and the clear height above the machine at full rise. Send those four with the enquiry and the quotation comes back with the right build the first time. If one of them is unknown, say so — we would rather ask twice than ship a machine that has to be modified on site.
